In order to strive for continuing improvement in the standard of education that we can deliver at Caldecott, the staff are trained to remain abreast of the latest ideas on best practice.
Sometimes, the School is closed for so-called (Inset) days so that the whole staff can receive training together. These days are usually added to an existing School break. In other cases, individual staff may be released during term-time for a training day.
