Year 6 Portland Trip

Penguins and Puffins have enjoyed a fantastic few days in Portland. The children have participated in a range of activities including coasteering, kayaking and raft building. They also visited a D-Day museum and spent an evening on the beach, playing games and watching the sun set. All of the children showed resilience and resourcefulness, overcoming challenges and facing their fears. They supported each other and developed their collaboration skills through team-building games. Well done Year 6! We are very proud of you all.

Year 6 Portland Trip

On Wednesday 6h June, we celebrated Maths Day with a range of marvellous maths activities. These included a treasure hunt, a penguin puzzle and a tricky toothpaste task. We also watched a performance of 'The Adventure of the Missing Number' by Quantum Theatre Company.
Year 6 had a fantastic time in London yesterday. We travelled by train to Paddington, then took the tube to Charing Cross. After exploring Trafalgar Square, we went into the National Gallery where we had a guided tour with a focus on self-portraits. After this, we walked to Buckingham Palace and then had ice creams in St James' Park. Thank you to parents and carers for organising lifts to and from Radley Station. We were very proud of the children's excellent behaviour and the interest they showed during the workshop. Well done Year 6!
