Kestrels Year 4

Mrs Eastwood & Ms King

Welcome to Kestrels!

Our class teachers are Ms King - Monday and Tuesday and Mrs Eastwood - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.  

In Kestrels we strive to do our best every day, be kind to each other and aim high with our learning. To help us achieve that we use our three core school values:

  • Be safe
  • Be ready
  • Be respectful

As a school we have our 5Rs which also help us to be the best learner and person we can be. They are resilience, resourcefulness, respectfulness, reflectiveness and responsibility.

P.E. takes place twice weekly and is a valuable part of our curriculum. Please ensure that you have your P.E. kit and a named water bottle with you in school at all times. 

It is important that your reading journal is signed at least 5 times every week and you bring it into school each Monday when our achievements are celebrated within the class. We have weekly times tables set in Times Tables Rockstars too to complete as homework.
