Welcome to Swans!

We are a Nursery Class in the Foundation Stage.

Swans class leader is Mrs Cooper, and is supported by Mrs Hutt, Mrs Clarke and Mrs Busby (teaching assistants).

We have spaces for both 30 hour and 15 hour morning, afternoon or all-day places. Please contact the school on 01235 523132 or email office admin.2605@caldecott.oxon.sch.uk to request an application form or arrange a visit to our Nursery

Swans Nursery Class is part of the Early Years Foundation Stage within the primary school. Children can join our Nursery the term after their third birthday. We offer both funded 15 hours and 30 hours provision. For more information on Government help with childcare costs and how to apply for 30 hours funding please click on the link https://www.childcarechoices.gov.uk/ To apply for a place please contact the school office to request an application form. These should be returned along with the child's birth certificate and proof of address. 

Please note: Children who have a place in our Nursery do not automatically move into our Reception Class. Parents and carers must apply for a Reception place for their child through Oxfordshire admissions:

Our Termly newsletter can be found below, which gives more detailed information about life in Swans Class. 

 Each week we will also send out a parent information sheet which will give ideas of how you can support your child’s learning at home.

Our school online platform is Class Dojo. It's a great way for us to communicate with each other. We post messages and regular updates about what your children have been learning and enjoying as well as important dates for your diaries, so keep checking in regularly.
